Open Community Classes

Held at Pop Up Downtown Stevens Point 949 Main Street

Modern Floor:

A one hour class to focus on slower paced floor movements, breath and fluid grounding combinations. No prior experience is required.

Modern Combo:

A one hour class to focus on various combinations of gestural, pedestrian, contemporary, and large movement phrases of differing tempos. No prior experience is required.

Tahitian Hips:

A one hour aerobic class to focus on use of the hips, glutes, and thighs while learning the basics of Tahitian hips. No prior experience is required.

Tap:

A one hour class to focus on a variety of rhythms and styles with the use of tap shoes. No prior experience is required.
